In 2015 Ioustini graduated with an LLB Law degree from the University of Lancaster. Her thesis on an undergraduate level was on the immovable property of Northern Cyprus.

She continued her studies and obtained her LLM in International Commercial Law from the Leicester University in 2016. Her thesis on a post graduate level was on corporate governance. 

Ioustini joined MICHAEL PANAYIDES LAW FIRM in 2016 as a trainee advocate. In 2017 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar as a qualified advocate. Since then, Ioustini continues to work as an Advocate in our firm. She is a member of both Limassol Bar Association and  Famagusta Bar Association in Cyprus ever since
